Teach a Child to Fish
Never before in history are things changing so fast. Technology changes before the last version has even been released, texting is replacing verbal conversation, information is available with the click of a button, and our economy is rapidly becoming a World Economy.
Now more than ever we need to be educated about what is happening in our world if we want to succeed and our finances is one of the most important aspects of that world. Think of it. While money is not everything and certainly cannot buy us happiness, it is a necessary part of life. If we don't understand the rules to the money game, we cannot hope to win and if those rules are constantly changing, we need disciplines in place to keep us going in the right direction.
